Best booking platforms for chiropractors in 2026: clinic software, booking apps and your website, priced
A UK comparison of seven ways a chiropractic clinic can take bookings online: Jane, Cliniko, WriteUpp, Zanda, Fresha, SimplyBook.me and Believe Websites. Every price read from the companies' own pages on 3 November 2026, for one chiropractor and for three.

The short answer
- A chiropractor choosing a booking platform is usually choosing between clinic software with notes and forms built in, and a simpler booking tool or website with clinical records kept elsewhere.
- On 3 November 2026 Jane's Practice plan was £44 a month including one full-time practitioner, plus £19 for each extra full-time practitioner or £9.50 part-time, with unlimited free SMS appointment reminders.
- Cliniko prices in US dollars only: $45 a month for one practitioner and $95 for two to five, with every feature included and SMS at 10 cents a message.
- Zanda's UK Starter plan was £15 a month for one practitioner, and Growth was a £25 base plus £15 for each additional practitioner, with SMS at £0.09 each.
- WriteUpp's Solo plan started at £27.95 a month with online booking and 100 SMS credits included, and Group started at £45.95 for two or more clinicians, excluding tax.
- Fresha charges £14.95 a month on your own or £9.95 per team member, plus a 20% one-time commission, minimum £4, on new clients from its marketplace, excluding VAT.
- Believe Websites builds a bespoke clinic website with booking inside it on your own domain for £0 upfront, then £49 a month flat with 0% commission, for any number of chiropractors.
- Believe Websites is not clinic software: it has no clinical notes, charting or treatment plans, its text reminders and card payments are built but not switched on, it has no marketplace, and it has a 12-month minimum term.
A chiropractic clinic books differently from a salon. A new patient needs a longer first visit with a consultation and examination, then a run of shorter follow-up adjustments, often booked as a plan. There are intake forms and case history to collect before the first visit, and notes to keep after every one. So the first decision is not which app looks nicest, but whether you want clinic software that holds the notes as well as the diary, or a booking tool and website with the notes kept elsewhere.
This guide compares seven options on what decides it for a chiropractor: what you pay on your own and with three chiropractors, text reminders, clinical features, and whether you get a website of your own. Every figure was read from each company's own pricing page on 3 November 2026.
We make Believe Websites, one of the seven below, and we are not clinic software. We build websites with booking inside them. If you need clinical notes, charting or treatment plans, you need one of the clinic systems, and we say where we fit around one further down. Every source is listed at the bottom.
The quick answer
- Clinic software with free text reminders included: Jane Practice, £44 a month for one full-time chiropractor, plus £19 for each extra.
- The cheapest clinic software for a solo chiropractor: Zanda Starter at £15 a month, with texts at £0.09 each.
- Simple pricing in bands rather than per practitioner: Cliniko, $95 a month for two to five practitioners, if paying in US dollars suits you.
- A booking tool only, with notes kept elsewhere: SimplyBook.me, from free for one provider and 50 bookings.
- Being found by people browsing an app: Fresha, accepting the 20% commission on marketplace new clients.
- A proper clinic website with booking inside it, built and changed for you: Believe Websites at £49 a month flat, on its own or alongside your clinic software.
The price, side by side
WriteUpp states prices exclude tax where applicable, and Fresha states its rates exclude 20% VAT. Jane, Zanda and SimplyBook.me do not state their VAT treatment on their pricing pages. Cliniko's page says its prices are in US dollars and does not mention VAT. SimplyBook.me prices plans in pounds but its SMS credits in US dollars.

Zanda and Cliniko offer free trials of 14 and 30 days; WriteUpp offers 30 days; Jane says it has no free trial and offers a demo instead.

Figures read from each company's own page on 3 November 2026. Cliniko is left out of the chart because it prices in US dollars: $95 a month for two to five practitioners. WriteUpp's figure is our reading of its page: Group from £45.95 for two or more clinicians, with users three to ten at £15 each. Zanda showed a 50% discount for the first six months; the chart uses its full price. Text-message costs, card fees and add-ons are extra on every platform that charges for them.
For a solo chiropractor, the order shifts. Zanda Starter is £15, Fresha Independent £14.95 ex VAT, WriteUpp Solo from £27.95 ex tax, Jane Practice £44 and Cliniko $45, against our £49. Jane's Balance plan is £29 but is limited to 20 appointments a month, which a busy chiropractor can pass in a week.
What a marketplace new patient costs
Fresha is the only option here with a marketplace of people browsing for somewhere to book. On a £45 first visit from a new client who found you through Fresha's marketplace, its 20% one-time commission is £9, excluding VAT. Fresha charges nothing on returning clients or on bookings made through your own links. Every other platform in this guide, and we, take no commission on bookings.
Notes, forms and treatment plans

Only features named on the pricing pages we read are listed. A blank "not listed" means the page did not mention it, not that the product cannot do it.
| Platform | Notes and charting | Intake forms | Treatment plans or packages |
|---|---|---|---|
| Believe Websites | No | No | No |
| Jane | Custom charting templates | Yes | Treatment plans; packages on Thrive |
| Cliniko | "Every Cliniko feature" on all plans | Not listed | Not listed |
| WriteUpp | AI Medical Scribe add-on, £23.95 a user | Not listed | Not listed |
| Zanda | Customisable note templates on Growth | Online forms in the client portal | Not listed |
| Fresha | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed |
| SimplyBook.me | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed |
If your notes live in clinic software already, the website question is separate. Jane, Cliniko, WriteUpp and Zanda all give patients somewhere to book, but a booking page is not a clinic website that explains what you treat, who you are and where you are. That is the part we build.
Where Believe Websites fits
- A bespoke clinic website, designed around your clinic: your photos, the conditions you see, your team, your reviews and your area.
- Your own domain, something like www.yourclinic.co.uk, bought and connected for you.
- Booking inside the site for unlimited chiropractors, with email confirmations and reminders, for clinics that do not need clinic software for the diary.
- Changes done for you. Message us; unlimited small changes, fair use.
- Analytics, a monthly report and an AI Search Readiness score, and a new article every month about your town and your services.
- £0 to build, £49 a month flat, 0% commission. The whole offer is on our home page.
Where we lose
- We are not clinic software. No clinical notes, charting, case history or treatment plans. Jane, Cliniko, WriteUpp and Zanda all do this; we do not.
- No text reminders yet. Ours are built but not switched on, so we send email confirmations and reminders only. Jane includes unlimited free SMS reminders on Practice and Thrive.
- No card payments or deposits yet. Also built but not switched on. Jane, Zanda and Fresha can take payments today.
- No marketplace. We do not send you people browsing an app. Fresha does, for 20% of a new client's first booking.
- A 12-month minimum term. We build the site for £0 upfront, so we ask for a year. Cliniko and Zanda both say there is no contract, and Fresha and SimplyBook.me can be cancelled at any time.
- Cheaper for a solo chiropractor elsewhere. Zanda Starter at £15 and Fresha Independent at £14.95 cost less than our £49, if you do not need a website built for you.
Comparing clinic-style businesses? We priced booking platforms for massage therapists and for dentists the same way.

Common questions
- What is the best booking system for a chiropractor in the UK?
- It depends on whether you want clinical notes in the same system. Jane, Cliniko, WriteUpp and Zanda are clinic software with booking included; SimplyBook.me and Fresha are booking tools; Believe Websites builds a clinic website with booking inside it. On 3 November 2026 Jane Practice was £44 a month with free SMS reminders, and Zanda Starter was £15 a month.
- How much does Jane cost for a chiropractic clinic?
- On 3 November 2026 Jane's UK plans were Balance £29 a month (one practitioner, 20 appointments a month), Practice £44 and Thrive £55, each including one full-time practitioner. Extra practitioners were £19 or £22 a month full-time and £9.50 or £11 part-time. Jane Websites was £59 a month per clinic.
- Does Cliniko have UK pricing in pounds?
- Cliniko's pricing page said its prices are in US dollars: $45 a month for one practitioner, $95 for two to five, $145 for six to eight, rising to $395 for 26 to 200. Every feature is included, SMS is 10 cents a message, there is a 30-day free trial and no minimum contract.
- Which chiropractic booking software includes text reminders?
- Jane includes unlimited free SMS appointment reminders on its Practice and Thrive plans, though it says availability varies by region. WriteUpp includes 100 SMS credits a month on Solo and per clinical user on Group. Cliniko charges 10 cents a message and Zanda £0.09 a text. Believe Websites sends email reminders; its text reminders are built but not switched on yet.
- Do I need clinic software and a website?
- Many clinics have both. Clinic software holds the diary, notes and forms, and gives patients a booking page. A website explains what you treat, who you are and where you are, and is what most people find first. Believe Websites builds the website, with booking inside it if you do not need clinic software for the diary.
- Can Believe Websites guarantee my clinic ranks on Google?
- No, and nobody can. Believe Websites sets up structured data, a page for each service, clear clinic details and a monthly article about your town and services, and shows an AI Search Readiness score. No company can guarantee a Google ranking or that an AI assistant will recommend a clinic.
